Obut at the 2026 Tour de France: pétanque activities in Barcelona and Bordeaux

Following the success of the past two years, Obut is renewing its partnership with the 2026 Tour de France and continuing the adventure along the roads of cycling’s most iconic race.

In both Barcelona and Bordeaux, visitors will be able to discover the world of pétanque through activities, introductory sessions, and shooting and pointing workshops led by the Obut team.

This year, the Tour de France sets off under the Catalan sun. In Barcelona, from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 July 2026, Obut will be at the heart of the festivities, introducing spectators from around the world to the world of pétanque.

On the programme: activities as well as shooting and pointing workshops, giving everyone the chance to discover and enjoy one of the finest symbols of French sport.

A great opportunity to share a convivial moment before the champions set off on three weeks of intense competition.

Obut will also be present at the Tour de France Start Village in Bordeaux, on Place des Quinconces, on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 July 2026.

For the occasion, pétanque courts will be set up along the banks of the Garonne, offering visitors a place to play and relax in the heart of the Tour de France atmosphere.

Young and old alike will be able to discover pétanque, take part in introductory workshops and meet the Obut team.
