How is sent my gift voucher
The gift voucher will be emailed to you as soon as payment for your order has been confirmed, to the email address of the customer account that placed the order.
How do I use my gift voucher
The Gift Voucher allows its holder to pay for a purchase, supplemented if necessary with another payment means:
- on our website: by entering the alphanumeric code found on the gift voucher,
- in our three OBUT stores : PARIS - VALLAURIS - ST BONNET LE CHÂTEAU,
- dans nos Boutiques mobiles OBUT.
Gift Vouchers can only be used once. If your purchase doesn't use up the entire balance on the gift voucher, this unused balance will be lost and cannot be used for a different purchase or be refunded. Gift Vouchers are sold for a fixed amount of between €50 and €300.
How long is it valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
This period of validity is stated on the gift voucher itself.
Upon expiry of this validity period, the gift voucher can no longer be used and will not be refunded.
Gift Vouchers are automatically emailed to the purchaser.
Please note that the buyer and recipient of the Gift Voucher are responsible for their email inboxes and outboxes and the people who have access to them.
In this respect, LA BOULE OBUT cannot be held liable under any circumstances, particularly in the event of use by a person other than the recipient.
You cannot purchase a Gift Voucher using another Gift Voucher.
