The return of the JB boules
In 1928, in Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château (Loire), JEAN BLANC (JB), a young locksmith, revolutionised pétanque by inventing a metal boule he described as "undeformable, stainless, unbreakable and wear-resistant". This was the modern boule by JEAN BLANC (JB).
