The return package for after-sales service must include:

  • A copy of the proof of purchase (receipt - invoice),
  • The Obut warranty card or a photo of it for competition pétanque sets,
  • This completed after-sales service request form.

No product returns will be accepted without prior approval of your return request by our customer service team.

Any product subject to an after-sales request that is not returned within 15 days following customer service approval will be refused.
