BIC, Obut and Maison Tournaire join forces to celebrate Obut’s 70th anniversary and unveil an original creation with the BIC® 4 Colours™ BIC x Obut x Tournaire pen. A true icon of everyday writing, the BIC® 4 Colours™ pen is reinvented here in a distinctive edition shaped by three renowned French maisons united by a shared passion for craftsmanship, innovation and transmission.

For this exclusive edition, the pen is adorned with a symbolic design telling the story of Obut and the transformation of raw metal into a pétanque boule through human ingenuity. The gears and hands evoke gesture, technique and the craftsmanship of metalwork, at the heart of the Loire-based manufacture’s identity since 1955. The iconic shapes of Tournaire Alchemy — the square, the triangle and the circle — symbolize the past, present and future, creating a dialogue between heritage, creation and what lies ahead.

The pen body is entirely crafted in bronze and available in three finishes: white palladium, yellow gold plated or rose gold plated. Each model is numbered and limited to 299 pieces, making this creation a rare and precious writing instrument.
